Blue Gascony Basset Dog Breed
Basset Bleu de Gascogne

The blue Gascony Basset is not only smaller than other varieties that are related to this breed but it is also differentiated because it is usually bowlegged. The body shape is rectangular and the height at withers does not exceed 30 to 38 cm.

Small Blue Gascony Hound
Bleu de Gascogne, petit
The main difference between the Grand Bleu de Gascogne and the small blue tracker, in other words the Bleu de Gascogne, petit, other than the size, is the type of work they perform: in fact, this small variety is used to hunt hares. In almost all the other aspects, the same standard can be applied except that the petit bleu must not have a height more than 48 to 56 cm at withers.

Small Blue Gascony Griffon
Blue de Gascogne, petit griffon
This is the wire-haired variety of the family of Bleu de Gascogne. In some aspects, it looks like the most common Griffon varieties. There are few of these specimens. This breed has the ears a bit smaller than its "blue" relatives, and its height at withers is 43 to 52 cm
