Dog Bite Prevention

Here in mobile Alabama some of us local neighbors have set up a new Dog Bite prevention association, one of the main reasons why we have set this new association is to teach local neighbors in our area how to keep themselves and their children safe from dog bites. In our last meeting we had parents come with their children and dogs to demonstrate how dangerous a dog bite can be, we also gave them Dog Bite Prevention broacher, which has allot of good and valuable information inside such as, not touching or petting animals that you do not know and to also always ask the owner of the dog before you touch the dog. We believe that by doing this we will help prevent allot of lawsuits and injured folks and children. Another thing we also try to emphasize on is teaching small children how to properly treat a dog and how to prevent the dog from biting them, usually we start off by giving them some helpful tips such as, not to annoy or bother the dog by throwing old pop cans at them, because by doing this you are aggravating the dog and this can lead to a very tragic accident for them and the dog. Another thing here we at the Dog Bite Prevention teach our kids is what to do when confronted with a violent or aggressive dog, we always make sure to talk about this topic as much as possible we tell them that the best thing to do is stay still and not make a peep if this doesn’t work then turn around and give the dog your back and slowly walk away and when you get to a good distance away from the dog scream out for help.
