Sacred Burmese Cat Breed

According to a legend from the far away Indochina, Burmese cats are descendants from the goddess of the transmigration of the souls, tsun-kyankse, though it results easier to suppose that it sprouts, on the year of 1919, from the crossing of a Siamese cat with a Persian .

Aspect: its constitution is not slim or fat, but rather muscular and robust, but elegant.

Hair: long, dense and silky. Color : the body is light beige. The face, tail and paws are lightly obscure (same as the Siamese).

The Burmese are bred in many colors. The most known are the seal point, with brown shadows, and the blue point, with bluish gray shadows. It calls our attention its white paws, that are denominated as gloves and that go from the fingers to the wrist.

Eyes: a shiny blue color.
