Playing with the cat
A lonely cat in a flat gets very bored. Its natural hunting abilities take over all its senses. If they cannot use them, they become lazy and start wandering all over the house and days go by without them doing nothing. Take care of one's cat, play with them hide and seek or pursuits, pull a cord with a mouse at the end or throw them paper balls. When Matilda wishes to play, she takes out a yarn from the yarn basket and unrolls it through out the house. So when I get mad and start to roll it back together, she crazily follows the yarn that becomes shorter each time.
Two cats: Life with two cats does not mean more work at all. Both cats together can be less bored. As natural as it can be they will caress and lick each other, but they will also fight. Brothers of a same litter understand each other since the beginning. If they are a couple, one has to have it clear that up to three broods can be delivered in a year's worth, so the remedy is castration.
An elder cat owner of a territory for a long time, and a young cat, can get accustomed to each other. One must not cut any of the acquired rights from the elder cat to give them to the younger cat. In the same way, one has to keep on caressing the cat as always, they must have separate feeding bowls and if necessary, two different toilet services.
Two adult cats lots of space is needed for cats to avoid each other. Be affectionate to both of them under equal standards, and don't get upset if they never get on with each other.
