Indoor wood cat house

Getting a nice indoor wood cat house really added a beautiful touch of elegance to our acquiring a cat. When we first talked about bringing a cat into our home the arguments for and against were pretty much equal. We just weren't sure what would be the best in our situation. Then we went window shopping and saw some beautiful indoor wood cat houses. The best we saw were cedar wood and they were just adorable. We pretty much decided right then and there that we were going to get a cat. We had been thinking about getting a bird but to be honest all the bird cages that we saw just didn't look as nice as some of the cat houses we saw. Of course cats and birds are completely different animals and require different things both physically and emotionally. Cats unlike birds are much more sensitive to the vibes of their masters and if you don't really love and appreciate them they know. In fact when we first got our cat my wife really didn't hit it off so well and was having doubts about our decision. Well I believe that our cat felt this cause he was very friendly and affectionate with me from the first day but my wife and our new cat took a long time before they would trust each other. I think that if my wife had been happy with the decision from the beginning then their relationship would have been the same as mine and the cat's was. We got our wood cat house insulated even though we knew we were going to put it inside just in case it gets extra cold one winters night. You can never be to safe when it comes to the life of your pets.
