Female cat loves male cats

The kittens are, without male doubt, the most beautiful animals of the animal kingdom. However, the uncontrolled proliferation of cats has as consequence that lots of kittens die on a poor kind of way.

Uncontrolled whelps: Supposing that a cat has whelps twice a year and that each litter has 4 surviving kittens. And this, keep on reproducing at the same rhythm if we do some circulation, in 10 years there will be more than 60 millions cats. That all of the whelps on a litter don't survive is due to the fact that non desired animals die of infections and the lack of a good nourishment. Castration and sterilization: The female cat can be castrated a the age of six months and the male cat at the age of one year, after getting to the sexual maturity. This intervention is specially fit for animals that aren't going to be use for a planned breeding. Castration means the surgical removal of the germ glands.

In the male cats it means the testicles; in the female cats, we talk about the ovaries. This routine operation takes place with the animal put asleep. Normally, the cat resists this intervention without any problem.

When the sexual hormones are not produced, sexual needs are no longer an issue. Cats are not conscious of this absence.

Through sterilization, female and male cats only become sterile, and the glands that reproduce the hormones (testicles and ovaries) are separated or are tied together, but remain inside the organism. This is of no advantage for the owner because the sexual urges are still there, with the inconvenience of their sexual conducts. Male and female cats, Through sexual contact with free animals, can be affected with dangerous diseases (leukaemia, feline aids) and parasites (acarus, fleas).
