Easily reached in a single leap the loft house is also accessible to even the laziest cat simply by climbing up from the first level. To set up the 17" Cedar Cat Townhouse is a simple procedure with its seven predrilled easy to assemble panels (per house), and platform and loft already fully assembled. What you must do is connect the legs to the platform insert the screws in their predrilled holes, attach the loft (with its galvanized screws), place the two assembled cat houses in there respective places and there it is.
