- Home made toys: cats usually love paper balls, carton boxes, bathrobes hanging up or bags filled with bottles. But for their safety and yours, make a good toy for your cat. You can fill an old sock with small paper balls or pieces of cloth and put a sleigh-bell so it is more attractive to their senses. Wrap the sleigh bell with a piece of cloth so it the sock should break, it wont be able to swallow it.
