If the family has planned too go on vacation to an apartment or house on another country, there always exist the doubt of taking the cat with you. External dangers
Traffic is the main danger for cats that go outside to the streets, the situation is so serious that it reflects on the statistics, because there are thousands of cats that die on the streets of every city every year.

Of course, most of them are semi-wild cats or alley cats, but not for it are the numbers less sad. Evidently, this number would descend if many of the owners would be more preoccupied for their cats to arrive home at nights.
