Dog infection of the lungs: Coccidiomycosis

An infectious respiratory disease of humans and other animals caused by inhaling the fungus Coccidioides immitis. It is characterized by fever and various respiratory symptoms. Also called valley fever. This disease fills the affected with pus. The symptoms are vague and undefined until a lymphatic gland abscess bursts in pleural or peritoneal cavities, followed then by a septic infection. In any case, go to the veterinarian.
