Canine & Dog Arthritis & Rheumatism Symptom

Arthritis & Rheumatism refers to different pathological conditions of the muscles, tendons, joints, bones, or nerves, characterized by discomfort and disability. Symptom of almost all the afflictions, the animals are sad and keep their articulations rigid. These are swollen and hot, and, when touched, the dog shows signs of great pain and inflammation in the muscles and tendons. When the animal is in this state he often lacks appetite, sometimes is constipated and his urine is scarce and very dense.

In cases of "chronic rheumatism", you can observe a growth of the bone around the borders of the affected articulation, which provokes intense pain. The animal must be immediately attended by the vet in order to be under treatment. Otherwise, the disease can progress and invalidate the dog.
